Work Those Thighs!
When it comes to cellulite workouts, you don’t need a gym membership – all you need is maybe a couple of weights, motivation, and some spare time. As mentioned in another article on speeding up blood circulation, exercise is great for emitting toxins which have unfortunately built up. So, what’s the best exercise for reducing cellulite?
Well if you are an average person, then you probably have cellulite mostly on your thighs – hence it would probably make the most sense to concentrate on the thigh area when working out. And what better thigh exercise is there other than squats?!
Squats not only reduced cellulite, but they also help tone your thighs and legs, giving you that sexy look that you have been asking for! When doing squats, it is recommended to do between 8 and 12 repetitions, for a total of three sets. That means a total of 24 to 36 in a session. At first you should probably start off without weights, but as you go along slowly add on weight to make your workout just slightly harder than before. Over time your cellulite will begin to diminish and you’ll start to get that amazing beach body! Plus, when you workout, remember to drink lots of water, you’ll feel refueled and you’ll help speed up body circulation – it’s a win-win!
