EndoMeso
Money not an issue? With this treatment, both mesotherapy and endermologie remedies work together to become an innovative therapy called “endomeso”. If you want to be treated at a salon but don’t which is the right one for you then a mixture of both top therapies might just be for you.
Endermologie is a strong machine massage technique which is one of several treatments for cellulite that the Food and Drug Administration has approved. Mesotherapy uses needles to penetrate your cellulite with a formula of dimple fighting ingredients. So you will have a combination of strong pushing and pulling of your skin, as well as needles in your behind.
The way it works is that one session of endermologie is used by itself, then after this in the same week there are two follow up treatments: including endermologie and meso therapy. The concept is that both treatments help each other and are more effective together than alone.
A machine with different massage attachments is used for endermologie to suction the skin and squeeze your cellulite into submission (we guess you probably thought about doing this on your own!). It is intended to pull the collagen fibres and smooth out the bumpy appearance. Mesotherapy then uses injections or electricity to apply beneficial substances exactly where the cellulite is located, so both treatments are supposed to enhance circulation and the skin will be in better condition. (We’ve covered mesotherapy in another article).
Simultaneously you will receive guidance about diet and exercise plus other habits that affect cellulite. You will also have an informative meeting with a doctor from the clinic. Your health will be evaluated and blood tests will be used to determine what if any other factors may be influencing your persistent issues with fat in order to insure the treatment is as effective as possible
The concept is still relatively recent, but among the women who have had the course, most were pleased, especially with the added bonus of inch loss around the thighs and bum which is a great additional benefit of the treatment.
Like most other salon cellulite treatments, the benefits have to be maintained both with top-up sessions and a commitment to a cellulite-aware lifestyle.
One main problem is the time commitment: twice a week for ten weeks could be a problem for many and you do not want to end up cancelling appointments at the last minute because something urgent has cropped up. You could end up missing the benefits of regular treatments and possibly have to pay part of the cost, so checking you can commit to the full schedule is the first thing on your list. However if you consider it a personal investment (and there is nothing else that is better to invest in) and it is effective for you, then it can be wonderful.
A final word. An advantage with salon treatments, besides helping your cellulite, is that you also have a ‘cellulite friend’. Something like a personal trainer, visiting your therapist on a regular basis keeps you inspired to be faithful to your cellulite shifting with a wholesome diet, exercise routine as well as other beneficial things you have to do to keep the lumps away. Rather than hoping for a certain treatment to be a miracle, it’s the ‘entire body’ method that is most effective for cellulite – remember it’s holistic.
Q: Can I return to work following each endomeso treatment?A: Yes. You should be alright, but mesotherapy may leave bruises. For this reason, some women make appointments in the winter, when they are wearing black all over their body.
Q: Is it alright to have to all of these treatments simultaneously?A: There isn’t any evidence to suggest otherwise, if you are in good health, however it is necessary to let the doctor at the treatment facility know about any health issues. A doctor should give you a detailed survey about your health before you begin your treatment.
